Preparing for a Bill Review

Your latest bill, a meter reading and its date

What we'll need to check your bill.

Providing the following information helps us assess whether your energy charges reflect your actual consumption.

A Recent Energy Bill
Please send a complete copy of a recent energy bill, including the pages showing your meter readings, unit rates, standing charges and total charges.
This helps us understand how your supplier has calculated your bill.

A Clear Photograph of Your Meter
Please include:
- All readings in kWh, such as Rate 1, Rate 2 etc, displayed on your meter.
- The meter serial number, usually found near the barcode.
Make sure the numbers are clearly visible.
The Date of Your Meter Reading
Tell us when the photograph or reading was taken. This helps us compare your actual usage with the period covered by your bill.

Not sure how to read your meter?

Some meters have a button that lets you scroll through different readings. If you're unsure which readings to provide, let us know. We can arrange a video call to guide you through the process.

Don't have everything ready?

That's fine. Send what you have, and we'll let you know if anything else is needed.

What Happens Next?

We check, we review, we explain

We Check Your Information
We compare your bills with your meter readings, review your consumption and check the rates and charges applied by your supplier.
We Review Your Options
We assess whether your current tariff suits your energy use and explore opportunities to reduce unnecessary costs.
We Explain Our Findings
We'll help you understand what we've found and recommend the next steps, whether that's correcting a billing issue, considering a different tariff or reducing energy consumption.
